Your Role:
- Lead & mentor early childhood educators to enhance learning outcomes
- Oversee curriculum development aligned with EYLF & NQF
- Drive Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) & Assessment & Rating readiness (A&R)
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) regulations
- Foster family & community engagement

About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree or ACECQA-approved qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Educational Leader
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) & First Aid Certificate
- Strong knowledge of QIP and experience with Assessment & Rating
- Willing to relocate to the Lismore region
